Phase 2

Having done 10 weeks with the trainer we have now had a two week break. The 10 weeks was very disciplined with a strict diet and supervised resistance sessions 3 times per week. The hardest part was the travelling - 20 miles each way in the rush hour - horrendous. May need to change how we do it.
End result is now down to 86Kg and have lost 4" from waist, so two notches on belt and 38" jeans are comfortable.
Trainer has been on holiday so used last two weeks to ease back - loosened up the diet and had a rest from exercise apart from the odd swim. Now time to get going again. So let's log it.
Today up at 7.30am. Feeling bright and weather looking promising.
5pm - First session on bike trainer - Cardio Coach #3. Forgot HR strap. Good workout.
